Try Craigslist or Kijiji (depending on where you are and which of the two is dominant) - I'm sure there are lots available. Solar panels are great, and durable - who makes it isn't all that important, since they're all quite good. Polymorphous panels have lower output per square inch, which is a drag, so polycrystaline or monocrystaline panels are better, but whatever you decide on you'll get long life out of it.
