"Storage fees after 60 days implied".
I think they meant something else.
Gee, it only needs new frames, decking, fasteners, planking, sails, rigging, engine, centerboard, rudder, and interior. Sounds like a bargain to me. I can't believe there isn't already a bidding war underway.
(And to top it off, it's not a particularly attractive boat. And certainly not one of the "last remaining Herreshoff's [sic] on the planet".)

Jeeze guys! Let's not be so harsh. The owner has obviously loved this boat and is having a difficult time parting with it!

I think "loved" is a pretty strong word judging by the condition of the craft. A more appropriate replacement might be "sat on" as in "The owner has obviously sat on this boat and is having a difficult time parting with it!"MikeD wrote:Jeeze guys! Let's not be so harsh. Might be some salvageable wood in that pile if someone was restoring a woodie... not for 20 grand though...

I second the 'not very attractive' comment.
That stubby mast looks terrible and maybe the picture is bad but the sheer line looks wavy to me. I am a little dissapointed in Captain Nat. I guess we all have our bad days.
That wreck is only good for toasting marshmellows and scavaging the hardware.
