Favourite Methods for deck paint removal.

The time has finally come for me to repaint the decks, coachroof and cockpit on the boat. Both the non slip AND the gloss. The previous owners finish left a lot to be desired so I"m redoing the whole lot.
As I intend to use a 2 part paint I need to fully remove the old 1 part paint, looking for some tips on the best way to go.

Obviously my palm random orbital won't be man enough for the task, but would people use paint stripper? Angle grinder with sanding pad? What are your thoughts?
