Home made lazy jack

I'm looking for a design for a simple home made lazy jack system for Triton "Osprey" hull # 624. If you've made one let me know how it worked out. Thanks. Gary

Using a basic concept penned by someone else, I made up these retractable lazy jacks and am very happy with them.

I made mine useing Tim's system and it works ok...but I do not have full battons
and I am planning on adding a third leg to help catch the sail. The only other problem I have with mine is I need a little more weight on the boom line. When I want to tie the system off, I have to pull the boom lines down by hand. I used the smallest Harken pulleys that I could find. I think I paid about $75.00 for everything including the line, pulleys & the cleat for the mast.
