Engine Thermostat
While servicing the engine of Efaki preparing for the season I decided to check on the thermostat. I removed it and it has a rusty color but it is not rusted. Although I don't have any suspision that it might have a problem I decided to search for a new spare part which is not available to the moment. And now my question: If I run the engine without a thermostat do I endanger a pottential damage due to the low temperature of the engine?

Why not just replace the existing thermostat until your new one arrives? If you don't suspect a problem, then there should be no trouble continuing to use it. If you wish to use the new one later, then make the change at that point.
