Here my C-22 that is in good condition
Traded an engine for it a few months ago and been working on it about everyday to get it ready to sail.
I was lucky to find a sister boat on E-bay very cheap that had almost everything I needed to get it ready, Plus some very interesting stories.
The plans are to put it on a lake and learn and enjoy and then to the coast for who knows where. Yes I now its one of the smaller cruisers but I think it will be just perfect.

I looked at those once......lots of room for the length. Good luck with it.

I now have a Chrysler C-26 and even thou I have a whole new set of projects to do, I'm also still working on the C-22 but I'm already listing it for sale. I feel I got alot of sailing on it and learned and enjoyed working on it... won't hurt my feelings if it doesn't sell soon.
