Finish paint on the interior structures

Tim,
I noticed on your anchor locker "bulkhead" that you ended up with several coats of "finish paint." What type of paint did you use? And....
You have not yet painted the top of the vee berth (I presume that you eventually will, correct me if I am mistaken). How do you intend to finish this surface, and will you be using the same "finish paint"?
