Islander 32Mk II refit - the beginning

1977 Islander 32 Mk II - after owning her for 10 years, time for a refit. Tentative project list, besides all the small routine stuff.
New portholes all around
tiller to wheel conversion
12 volt rewiring, 120V already done
air-conditioning, found a suitcase marine aircon for $300
new hull stringers under the cabin sole (Help!!)

I'm sure I will be coming to the forum for help many times
