Here are some pictures of our boat being launch for the first time since we bought her, and after a long winter of restoring the boat, everything from new deck and topside paint, heat/ac, windlass, teak, new plumbing...

I can imagine the feeling once you had the mast raised and heading to your dock.

Yeah we were 1 of 5 at the marina, but we had to take the first launch date we could get or wait tell everyone elese is done, i was egar and took the first time we could get.

The bottom paint is VC17 and its supposed to be blue but i guess its the copper color tell it comes in contact with the water and then it changes to blue, or so i have been told.

The teak was done with Flagship 2015 thinned with a brushing thinner to make appliction easier and allow the varnish to soak into the wood.

I am hold off on the interior pictures as of now, tell we get our interior cushions finished. but here is a picture of the new dinette table my dad and it made for the boat.

I've got a question... How much for the table? That is beyond gorgeous! That first drink ring will be devastating. :)

The boat is pretty nice too! Must be very satisfying to be sailing her after all the hard work. Beautiful job!

Looks like Spring has sprung around here with all the boats hitting the water!

Photos and descriptions of how you did everything would be great.

Perhaps a different posting every week with photos and descriptons of a differnet portion of the project each time. Think of it as a series of articles.? :-)
