Upper West Passage was my sailing grounds as a kid. My house was on East Greenwich Cove a bit up from EGYC. I spent many a weekend camping on Patience Island. Hmmm, never heard of Melville, what the heck is it?

Melville is a district of Newport, near the Navy base. It does not show up on most maps. All of RI cities & towns are divided into districts (mostly started as Fire Districts) and the locals often say that they are from some district rather than the city or town.
