Saw this nice Triton this weekend in the boat yard at Marina Bay in the Squantum section of Quincy, MA.

Does it belong to anybody on this list? Just curious.

I believe that is #640, at one time owned by Gerry Greene.

My records show it built in 1965 but this would be out of sequence and is probably an error.

The angle of the photo makes it look like a full keel boat.

it is a full keel. it is not just the angle of the picture.

really? a cutaway forefoot? I can't imagine that the triton could have any bigger of a keel. especially when you ask my arms after scraping the thing last year.

I can't totally tell if you are joking or not (maybe after your arms have recovered it would be easier to tell ;)

However, just in case...

"Cutaway" full keel (or as some people would say: moderate fin with attached rudder):

Edited to add one more - a wooden cutter design. Really full:

excellent rachel. as always. I was cutaway kidding. I am not retracting my belief that the triton has got a big keel, but now I know that it isn't as big as it could be!

really excellent. thanks.
