Post by cdawgs65 »

Just wanted to know if there is anybody else out there who isn't in the water yet, almost there tho! Okay just going to blow off some steam! My wife traveling for work, kids sailing lessons other obligations, work on boat not done because of crappy weather!! Okay done! Let's get pumped for
some decent weather!

Cdawg-I run into the issue of doing some project or going in every year. Once again this year I opted to go in rather than do projects I want to do. Yeah...The cabin and cockpit didn't get painted again (but I did paint inside), no, I didn't put in the portlight that broke last year(but I do get good ventilation through the open hole), no, I still haven't hooked up the sink to the new ball valve/thru hull (but I did put a new bilge pump in). But-I'm in and at least we've had a few good sails so far including a trip to the Lobster Hut in Plymouth which you probably know. The season in this crummy state is too short to worry about those little things as far as I'm concerned.

Cheers

Jim
