Great photo! We bounced around Penobscot Bay for a week and a half last month including a night at High Island Harbor not to far from where that picture was taken.

Is that a Hurricane Island pulling boat in the background?

Yup.

Sadly they are being phased out in an effort to make the sailing courses more 'comfortable' and less demanding.
