Epaint

Post by heartofgold »

Greetings all,

I am giving serious thought to bottom painting with Epaint. Is anyone familiar with this product or able to offer some feedback? I have an Ensenada 20 (trailered) and need a paint which can be hauled repeatedly. I recently completed some minor bottom repairs, mainly some cosmetic work on the stem, but would like to hide the unsightly repairs. I also like the fact that, as it is not a copper based paint, it is available in white.

Thanks.

That's the first I've heard of it, so if nothing else thanks for making me aware of a different product!

Obviously, then, I know nothing about it to help...sorry!

Tim,

I have actually ordered this product and hope to have it on my hull within 2 weeks. I'll let you know how that goes. If you are interested, the company's website is http://www.epaint.net.

Regards,
Doug

Isn't Bluenose (Bill) using it on Bolero?
