Jeez...
I lost a brand-new 20' tape measure over the side today...and almost lost my $160 12v cordless drill, too. Had to pick one to save.
Add that to all the other stuff I've lost overboard, and that $39 cordless seems prudent.

Could there be a worse moment than that panicked instant when you see the tool fall, almost reach it for a spectacular, gravity-defying save, and, and then...ker-plunk!
I've always said I'd like to take a vacu-suck machine and run about the top 3' of mud beneath any marina or boat basin through a filter. I could probably retire on the value of the tools and other appurtenances that I would find!
