Actually, word is that these boats were used in a handicapped sailing program. Hence the harnesses, I guess.

Yeah, I think these boats may have been associated with the Special Olympics World Games that were held in New Haven about a decade ago.

Located at Pilot's Point Marina in Westbrook. Area code 860.

I don't know what type of boat this is but I don't think it is a Tempest.
