Adding hardware on Triton deck
I need to add 2 pad eyes on the forward deck of a Pearson Triton. My question: is all of the deck cored or is there a solid area around the outsides where holes can be drilled through to mount hardware without having to over drill and fill with epoxy? Thank you! need source for new teardrop running lights
It's time to replace old teardrop shaped running lights on starboard and port sides of outside cabin, lenses are bleached, sockets and wiring need replaced. Does anyone know of a good source for same shape size as original? Would like LED. Thank you! Osprey # 624

Re: TELO SELF TAILING WINCHES
So far the 16's have been big enough on our boat. We have had a set on Triton hull #306 "Dido" on Buzzards Bay for years and in all conditions they are good as long as the foresail isn't too big for the wind. In that case they handle the load well but you need to put some muscle into trimm...

Re: TELO SELF TAILING WINCHES
I really don't need any door stops... wonder if they would work for paper weights... may be too big... oh well. BTW the Telo's are history, instead I found a set of used Lewmar 16 ST which are now installed on the boat in place of the original South Coast winches. I am very happy with them! Thanks f...

Installing new handrails on cabin top.
In the process of installing new rails on cabin top, I would like to fill the void between the liner and cabin top so that the bolts have a firmer and stronger setting. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you! Gary

TELO SELF TAILING WINCHES
Has anyone used the older TELO brand (out of production) self tailing winches? how do the work compared to other ST's like Lewmar, Harken, etc., and how would you rate them? Thanks.

Stop antenna cable clang?
This is something we didn't think of while the mast was off and we were getting the boat ready to launch, now she's is in the water and the cable clang is quite audible when wind and little wavelets are just right, (often). Has anyone come up with a solution to silence the cable in the mast when the...

Re: drilling holes in the mast
We won't be unstepping the mast for a long while because the boat is in the water so our options are limited to whatever we can do from outside the mast.

drilling holes in the mast
I am about to mount a second halyard winch on the mast of Triton #624. Will six new holes in the mast opposite the holes already drilled for the jib halyard compromise the strength of the mast? Any suggestion on how to proceed with this project.

Halyard winch on mast-Triton #624
I am going to mount a main halyard winch opposite the jib halyard winch on the mast. Does anyone have suggestions advice or project details and photos on mounting winches on the mast. I assume the mast strength won't be compromised by adding a number of new holes and bolting through to the other win...

Re: replacing broken glass in ports
Thank you for your response Tim, this is Triton # 624.
By the way this boat seems to feel and behave like a lighter boat when compared to #306 and #2 anything to this or maybe we are just having to become acquainted with different boat?
