Repair it from inside!!!
Marshall, I am in the process of recoring the entire deck of my Catalina 22 from inside. First I flipped the boat over so gravity will work in my favor, than cut out the headliner from the underside of the deck, removed the core material, scraped and sanded the inside of the deck's fiberglass, epoxi...
