So I was looking for information on spray paint equipment and how to's,(I'm attempting to spray painting for the first time this week), and I come upon this website about a "ceramic bead" paint additive that acts as an insulation. This sounds good to me because I'm going to be painting the hull dark blue and this additive should counteract the extra heat that the dark color will absorb.
Has anyone ever heard about this being done? Or done it? Do you think this would work on a hull? (I was planning on using it in the primer)
