Although I like the 'European Compact' size stove, and although the size is becoming more and more common, I suffer from empty wallet disease and must buy new and refurbish...and I've yet to see a screamer deal on a used compact stove. I also like the butch of the Hillerange/Seaward Princess, and although I hate to make MANDARA carry the weight, I also want durable...plus I want to make sure that I build the galley insert for a very common size stove that will be pretty easily replaced if needed.
In other words, I am likely to pass on the rebuilding of the Eno stove I got.

What is the biggest diameter pot that the pot holders will fully grip?
