Greetings,
I've now finished all my interior work and want to paint parts of the interior. As several of you had recommended, I used some Bilgecoat for my interior lockers. It was fine but doesn't have the finish I'd like elsewhere inside the boat.
I need to paint the wooden bases on which my table and head are fixed, a teak-veneered partition face or two and some interior fiberglass hull sides that are exposed to the interior. I have lots of wood and want to brighten things up a little.
I'd like a semi-gloss finish that will set off my wood trim and cabinetry.
What type of paint is recommended given the variety of surface types that I have? Should I look at the topsides products or just stick with a high quality house enamel?

Thanks gjvp for the link.
Question though. I'd seen this link before and had decided to use Tim's suggestion on the Premium Yacht Enamel by Interlux. But when I opened up my catelog to order from Jamestown, they have the same photo Tim used for both their one and a two-part poly paint.
Is the recommendation the one-part poly???????

No. The recommendation I listed in the previous thread is for Interlux Premium Yacht Enamel Semi-Gloss, not polyurethane. The pictures aren't the same, but don't go by the pictures in any caseMarshall Wright wrote:Is the recommendation the one-part poly???????
Here it is: Link: Jamestown Distributors: Interlux Premium Yacht Enamel, #220 (JT catalog number INT-0220G)
