I am finally making some progress but also opening a can of worms. My hull is full of blisters.....
Here is what I uncovered:

I took a look at the blisters. I think you are on the right path. That West System guide sets the standard.

Tampa,

Thank you. I printed off the west system blister guide. Gonna study up on it while is gather supplies. Boat has been on the hard for about 9 months. Hull should be quite dry but going to let it sit without paint and covered for another month before beginning repairs. In the meantime there are about 100 other things that need attention.

I hated the taking apart process. It seemed to never end.

I've discovered that I'm an expert at ripping things apart. It's the putting them back together part that I do a bit more slowly. Ha! Best of luck!

Let the fun begin, or I should say let the fun continue. Getting all the hardware off can be a real pain. Looks like you have a good supply of epoxy to get the recore started. Will be following along.

Really great job on the mast beam rework. Looks like that will hold the stick up with no sagging, no problem. Please continue to post updates. I need the encouragement of watching others work on their projects. I've been sidelined dealing with an aging Dad (94) with his hospital and rehab stays seems like for the past year. Great work!
