Hauled home from San Jose, CA
All hardware removed and holes filled
Stripping off paint over original blue gel coat
Repainted
Back in her element (now moved to a newer dock!)
Back in the saddle
Total: 9 months of 'spare' time.
Today we managed to dip the rail and hit 6.5 on the knotmeter ... back on the water at last ... feels great :)

That's the first time I've seen what she looked like before you began...and brings even more kudos for the transformation!
I don't know why you didn't want to keep that nice robin's egg blue gelcoat color, though! What were builders thinking in the 60s and 70s using colors like that, especially on the decks? Eeeewwwwwww! My old Ensign had the same nasty blue color on deck, including the cabin trunk.
