Aries Wind Vane Steering

I just got lucky and picked an old excellent condition Aires. It's going on my 32' Columbia. Anyone have experience with these? I would like to hear about any info, thanks in advance.

I'm sure if you search/post on the seven seas cruising board (ssca) someone will aim you in the right direction. Lot's of the folks on that board bluewater cruise & like vanes.

bought my aries from Nick Franklin at Cowes in 1986--still going strong
after 60,000 miles. Nick's daughter Helen has spare parts galore,
