Well, I'm all signed up, name is submitted for the T-shirt. Who else is going to be there? If interested, I have my other boat docked in Urbanna, and will gladly share the lock codes for the bath houses (very nice ) if anyone wishes to anchor out in Urbanna Creek prior to the race. There is also a public dock in Urbanna with transient dockage and plenty of room to anchor out at Yankee Point, if there are no slips available.
Any one wants to crew on Wild Swan, I have room for a couple of able seamen ( or women) and could use an experienced helmsman. Otherwise I'll muddle thru like last year.

I heard about this regatta last year, but couldn't make it. My son and I went this year and had a great time. To race in the event, the design of your boat has to be 25 years old or older. This was the first time I've raced in 30 years, but that's okay--it's a really low-key race. Lots of good old boats -- Cape Dorys, Albergs, Pearsons...even a couple of Westsail 32s. And some really nice older, wooden boats. The food and entertainment was great. I highly recommend this regatta, especially for those who don't normally race.
