What does everyone think about this youtube video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wMWmJq9H5qo (might be worth just seeing his layup early in the video, then fast forward to the end where he shows the transom and bottom of the hull.
I felt like there may have been some better ways to attach those stringers to the hull...
