I fear this test is a tad under-predictive.
I've done several multi-day ocean sails and I don't think I'd wish to do some months' worth of ocean racing! There's a lot of water out there! I did find that I could function under pressure (and fear) which was a nice discovery. (Going to windward in waves the size of small houses on a boat that I knew the condition of was unsettling. So was repairing the broken steering chain while traversing the NY City shipping channels.)
