I am hoping to see the Bristol fireworks Friday night and I was wondering if anybody knows if we would have a good view out off of Colt State Park? It would be a lot less time for me to get back to my mooring than if I have to go into Bristol harbor.
Thanks
Pete

I'm sure you can see them from Colt. Its all a matter of how far away you are willing to be. They can look great from a distance, but some find it less dynamic.
I will be anchored off the Town Beach in Wickford for the fireworks there on Saturday. Going to be doing an afternoon sail, barbecue while we wait for it to get dark, then the show.
