Raka Epoxies

Post by Bill Salter »

Tim

I have been using Raka epoxies on my Triton exclusively. It is a good product and very reasonably priced. It has gotten consistantly good reviews on a Kayak building forum (www.kayakforum.com - check the kayak building bulletin board). In addition, check www.oneoceankayaks.com The owner tested 6 epoxies and published his findings. Click on "Epoxy Test" to view the results. It may help answer some of your questions about the other epoxies too.

I love the stuff. Cheap, quick delivery, knowledgeable staff for the DIYer, and a complete line of related products. Low blush, too.

A six year old thread dredge. That might be a record.

Relative to the age of our boats, 6 years is still infancy. Gotta love the search feature.

As Figment frantically dredges in order to maintain his rightful place in the scheme ;)
