I know some guys around me that would call that a good mornings work but I know what you mean. "Good Condition" should mean no gaping holes at a minimum.I think the two large holes in the topsides sort of preclude the use of "good condition" in the description!
The pictures don't show enough detail to be sure but the planking really doesn't look that bad from a distance. I bet if one were to take a closer look though there would be a lot more wrong. Wooden boats need more regular care than that boat has seen in a while.
