I have a nice 12' piece of bamboo. I intend to wrap it with xynole cloth, make some ends and use same for a wisker pole. Has anyone tried this? How did it work? Any ideas or comments? thanks Phil

I aligned my boat on the hard, and then realigned after she was in the water for a week. The second alignment was very minor. I then installed a drive saver to take up engine movement on its mounts. The result a 2 cyl with the smoothness of a 4 cyl engine. Lots of luck. Phil

Bill On my Triton the outhaul was corrosion frozen. I ended up installing an external outhaul with a cleat. Also when I installed slab reefing I drilled and tapped a stop bolt into the boom roller system as it tended to rotate a bit underway. Good luck Phil

Deep Blue currently has an 11 gal. plastic diesel tank. A custom tank to fill the space could hold about 15 gal. An aluminum one is prohibitevly expensive.
