When rebuilding/replacing the bulkheads forward of the salon/settee area, what can I use for the spacing material between the bulkhead and cabin top. This would be to replace the old vinyl cord material that is cracked and not serving a purpose. thanks in advance

The boat has been on the hard for a few years, rebuilt A-4 in the boat now, not hooked up yet, should I think of just replacing the aluminum tank or take it out and have it cleaned and tested?

I used West Systems 422 with epoxy, 4 coats, this stuff seems bullet proof, I rolled and tipped. I was told at least 3 coats if sanding and also heard 6. Time was my problem, so I went with 4, any thoughts?
